We at Craft & Oak have listened to you! One of the most requested features, besides offering framing (more on this later), was to offer smaller prints. Many felt that our options were too limited in offering two rather large-format prints of 18x24 in and 24x36 in custom city or custom star maps. We wanted to shift away from larger prints and focus more on smaller prints, and higher quality smaller prints. We think that the 12x18 is a great offering and can be given as a gift that is a little bit more manageable than handing over a larger poster. Luckily, we were able to tinker with the aspect ratio on 12x18 inch custom prints, that we aren’t going to lose any fidelity or quality when it comes to printing them.
So far, we’ve already had a few orders of the 12x18 print without any outward communication about it, and we are taking that as a good sign that you all are excited about it!
A much smaller sized print is perfect if you have a room or space in your home that might be too small to accommodate a larger poster, or one that already has a few other art-decor pieces up already. Speaking of framing earlier - this is our other most requested feature for our custom star maps and custom city maps, and we’re hoping to offer this in 2018.
