Return Policy

We aim to make every experience with Craft & Oak a positive one. Please review our policy on returns, damages, and refunds.

Damaged or Undelivered Products: If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 business days, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions: We do not issue refunds or replacements for products kept for over 30 days, late orders for specific occasions or holidays, accidental or unwanted orders, or spelling errors made by the customer.

Finality of Orders: All orders are final once submitted and approved by the customer.
Customer Satisfaction: While all orders are custom-made, we may make exceptions to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 5–30 business days. Faster delivery may occur for customers in Europe and the USA.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot guarantee returns or replacements due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Local Printing Partners: If our local partners cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately. Such cases do not qualify as non-refundable situations.

Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed, shipping details cannot be modified. For urgent issues, contact help@craftoak.com immediately.
Return Eligibility: Custom-made products (such as personalized maps) are not eligible for return due to design dissatisfaction or incorrect details entered by the customer.
Replacement and Refund Requests: Submit refund or replacement requests via our support form. Requests must be made within 28 days of purchase and are processed within 10 working days once approved.
No Withdrawal Right: Because all products are made-to-order, there is no right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
Quality Note: Please note that product colors may slightly vary from what appears on your device screen. These variations are not eligible grounds for a return.
