I ordered two star maps, one celebrating my anniversary and the other the birth of my daughter. One of them arrived with the wrong date. It was likely a computer glitch because I remember double-checking the dates I inputted. I contacted customer service to explain the situation, and Harry agreed to reprint it for me at no cost. I am so impressed with their customer service! The star maps are also beautifully printed and will make perfect gifts! Thank you!
