I had a problem with my order - the map I purchased was delivered to another location due to a mistake by FedEx. However, Marius from Craftoak was incredibly helpful and promptly sent me a second one. A big boo to FedEx for the mix-up, but a huge thank you to Craftoak for their excellent customer service!

I recently purchased a map poster from Craftoak.com and I have to say, I'm pretty darn happy with it. The print quality is great and the poster looks super cool on my wall. I'll definitely be buying more stuff from this company in the future.

Craftoak has the most beautiful selection of map posters I've ever seen. The prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I purchased a star map for my bedroom and it has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Love my map from Craftoak. They had a lot more options than other map websites so it was a easy decision. Paper is great and the natural wood frame is beautiful.

Great customer service. My initial poster had some flaws but when I filed a concern I had one of their staff reach out and immediately offer some solutions and send an expidited replacement. Very friendly as well. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of a company, would absolutely work with the again!
