Damage, Delay, and Refund Policy
- Damaged or Undelivered Products: If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 business days, you are eligible for a replacement or possibly a refund. Please note that refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Exclusions: We do not issue refunds or replacements for products kept for over 30 days, orders not arriving in time for specific occasions/holidays, accidental orders, unwanted items, or spelling errors made by the customer.

Order and Cancellation
- Finality of Orders: All orders are considered final once submitted and approved by the customer.
- Customer Satisfaction: We strive to make our customers happy and may make exceptions to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 5-30 business days. Quicker delivery may occur for customers in Europe and the USA.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We cannot guarantee a return if the delivery issue is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Local Printing Partners: In cases where our partners cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability or any delays. This situation does not qualify for a non-refundable case.
Returns and Withdrawal
- Order Changes: After confirming an order, shipping details cannot be altered. For order issues, contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Return Eligibility: Customized merchandise/maps are not eligible for returns if the design does not meet the customer's standards. Incorrect shipment information provided by the customer also makes an order ineligible for return.
- Replacement and Refund Requests: Contact us via our support form for replacement or refund inquiries. We process these requests within 28 days of the order placement. Refund requests are processed within ten working days. Additional costs due to customer-provided inaccurate information are the customer's responsibility.
- No Withdrawal Right: Since products are made to order, there is no right of withdrawal.
- Quality Note: Product colors may slightly vary from what is displayed on the map editor, due to differences in device displays. By ordering, you acknowledge this variance. Returns based on color nuances may not be eligible.
